DNB IN ORTHOPEDIC – ACCREDITED BY: NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATION IN MEDICAL SCIENCE
Chirayu Hospital is now counted among the DNB-accredited Institute for Orthopedics. The hospital has been allocated two seats in DNB Orthopedics from the academic session 2021-2022 which is a three-year full-time course. The candidate shall be awarded DNB Orthopedics after the successful completion of the course.

During three years, the candidate shall develop expertise in managing medically as well as surgically the commonly encountered diseases and disorders in the areas such as Trauma Management, Pediatric Orthopedics, Orthopedic Oncology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics Sports Injury, Orthopedic Neurology, Radiology, Spine Surgery, basic science in Orthopedics, Psychological as well as social aspects. In the practical training session, the candidates are allowed to perform a closed reduction of fractures, amputations, etc.
