Bheru met with an unfortunate accident one night which resulted in severe facial injuries. He was immediately taken to Local govt hospital. Local govt hospital refused to admit him and suggested the family to go to SMS hospital. As per the family, SMS hospital is expensive, so they took the patient to a local hospital. The patient was immediately taken to emergency at a local hospital and then directed to ICU. Facial stitches were done immediately at the hospital. When the hospital identified that the patient is not enrolled under Bhamashah, they decided to send the patient back without prescribing any medications.. The patient was in severe pain, after performing stitches, local hospital didn’t provide any pain relief medications. After two days, patient relatives decided to consult at Chirayu hospital, suggested by their neighbourhood.
As soon as the patient arrived in Chirayu hospital, he was directly taken to the emergency without any delay or documentation. Dr Dinesh was present in the emergency and he handled the situation. Dr Dinesh then instructed to perform CT scan of the face and head both. In the scan, it was detected that he has severe facial bones fractures which resulted in him being highly irritable. He was immediately shifted to ICU and conservative treatment was given.
Next day morning, Dr. Sameer and his team examined the patient and advised for facial bone surgery. First surgery was done on the same day and all facial reductions were done which reduced pain. Second day, maxillofacial surgery was done. Third day, Zygoma surgery was done and on the last day, Mandibular surgery was done.
In the entire treatment process, not a single hospital staff hassled the patient relatives for formalities or payment to be done. Patient was very much content from the treatment and the response he received from the hospital staff. Patient relatives said, we received unconditional care and treatment from Chirayu.
PATIENT NAME: Mr. Bheru Ram JatMainpal met with an accident near to Sangria road, Jaipur where his right limb was severely injured. He was immediately taken to Sangria local govt. hospital. He was bleeding heavily so the hospital referred the patient to another local govt. hospital. In hospital, Doctor said we are not left with any other option other than removing the limb. Patient relatives refused the treatment and took the patient back. They hired private ambulance at the same time standing outside the same govt. hospital. An ambulance took the patient directly to Chirayu hospital in the emergency ward.
In the Emergency ward, Dr. Manoj Chaudhary examined the patient. Dr Manoj convinced the patient and his relatives, that he would be able to save his limb. Patient and his relatives were happy and hoping for the best. All consent was taken from the relatives and the patient was immediately shifted to the OT. Ilizarov surgery was done on the same day by Dr. Manoj Chaudhary (a surgery which is a type of external fixation used in orthopaedic surgery to reshape limb bones). Surgery was successful, and bleeding ceased, and Manipal was shifted to a ward followed by a regular dressing of the limb. Now, doctors are planning for flap surgery.
Patient’s relatives were glad and grateful for the hospital for saving patient’s limb. Relatives said, we all were very worried for the positive results but Dr. Manoj Chaudhary regained all our hopes.
PATIENT NAME: Mr. MainpalIftekar experienced severe chest pain and taken immediately to Life line Diagnostic Centre. His upper extremities became numb and ECG was done in the diagnostic centre. In ECG, it was diagnosed an acute myocardial infarction. (Lifeline diagnostic centre has suggested to go to theChirayu hospital). The doctor at centre informed about the case to the chirayu hospital same information was escalated to cardiology staff at cath lab.
Iftekar arrived at Chirayu at 1 pm on the same day. His whole body had collapsed at that time. He was immediately directed towards emergency and soon shifted to ICU. In ICU, resuscitation was done, and he stabilized. A repeat ECG was done, which detected an acute myocardial infarction, after which he was shifted to Cath Lab. Meanwhile, patient’s relatives were asked to complete basic formalities. (hospital doesn’t make patient and their relatives to wait for basic formalities, treatment started as soon as patient landed in the hospital). In Cath lab, angiography was done which exhibited 100% blockage of right coronary artery. Dr. Parashar inserted three stents to broaden the artery. He was successfully resuscitated and revive in cath lab and shifted to ICU Iftekar was extremely contented with the doctors, nurses and all the hospital staff.
PATIENT NAME: Mr. Mohd. IfetkarMrs Sayar arrived directly to Emergency ward of Chirayu hospital. Dr. Manoj examined her and proposed an X-ray of left hip joint (femur neck was fractured). Due to an age of the patient, THR (total hip replacement) was indicated followed by Bhamasha enrollment of the patient. After Permission was granted and processes were completed from BSBY the replacement done.
Mrs Sayar is now in a recovery state. As the case consists of Osteoporotic bones, THR could be a risky procedure which may leads to the breaking of bones at any time. But, still the surgery was done successfully by Dr. Manoj Chaudhary and now the patient is recovering quickly.
PATIENT NAME: Mrs. Sayar KanwarSundari was 8.5 months pregnant and suffering from Rheumatic heart disease with severe Mitral regurgitation. In 2015, she had also underwent Mitral valve replacement.
She was initially taken to local govt. hospital, but hospital refused to perform Cesarean section as patient was suffering from RHD. Baby was experiencing oxygen deprivation and state was turned up to fetal distress.
She arrived at Chirayu on 22nd July to the Emergency. Dr. Dinesh examined the patient and immediately sent to the ICU. As patient’s mitral valve was fragile, Cesarean section could be a risky procedure, therefore consent was taken first from patient’s relatives. Surgery was successful and performed by Dr. Manju Chaudhary.Baby was delivered normally and admitted to NICU. Sundari was shifted to ICU after surgery as patient was suffering from Cardiac failure.
Dr. Kushmendra Parashar handled the further case and gave conservative treatment, from which she is recovering successfully.
PATIENT NAME: Mr. Sundari DeviBaby’s Mother arrived at Chirayu hospital on 23rd July directly to Emergency ward were Dr. Dinesh examined the patient and immediately sent to the labor room. Delivery was done immediately by Dr. Manju Chaudhary and baby was delivered successfully.
Since baby was delivered two months pre-term period, baby was moved to NICU. In NICU, baby was supported with Oxygen, warmer, and then antibiotics. IV fluids were given to baby. In next stage, baby suffered from Jaundice and therefore photo therapy was started by Dr. Kishore Agarwal. Oxygen support was removed, and the baby was put on antibiotics, warmer and photo therapy. Baby was fed through nasal feeding, initially and is now gaining healthy weight and growth.
Mother’s relatives stated that all Doctors took good care of baby and the mother. Everyone shows genuine care towards the patient.
PATIENT NAME: Baby of SampatiHans met with an accident and she got severely injured at front head and started bleeding profusely. She was immediately taken to local govt. hospital, but doctor refused to treat her and referred to Jaipur city. Patient relatives suggested to go to Chirayu hospital as it is near to patient’s place.
Patient arrived at Chirayu on 4th of July in Emergency ward. Dr. Sameer Parihar examined the patient and shifted to ICU immediately. Bleeding was uncontrollable so shifted she was shifted for a CT Scan. In CT scan, no physical injury was detected and bleeding was stopped eventually. Patient was shifted to OT from CT, and Vascular injuries were closely examined by the relevant surgeon. Still the injuries were not detected. Dr. Deepesh Goyal (plastic surgeon) was called immediately, he again examined the patient from the starts and declared rupture of Temporal artery.
Surgery was performed on the same day which took two hours and patient was comfortably shifted to ICU. Patient was kept under observation and discharged successfully.
PATIENT NAME: Hans KanwarOn 1st July at 8 a.m., Laxmi suffered multiple burn injuries in a cylinder blast which occurred at his home. The diagnosis was of 40% burn and Severe injuries at upper body part. He was brought directly to Chirayu.
Once at the emergency ward at Chirayu, Dr. Dinesh examined the patient and immediate dressing was done. Patient was then shifted to ICU. After 2-3days, patient developed Septicemia. There was a continuous thick yellow discharge from the patient’s body. Dr. Deepesh was called immediately and surgery and debridement was done. He continued to stay in ICU for 4-5 days for close observation and subsequently broad-spectrum antibiotics were given. Patient is now in recovery stage.
Patient was content after receiving the treatment in Chirayu.
PATIENT NAME: Laxmi Narayan ChaudharyYunus met with an accident on 11th of July and immediately taken to local governement hospital. Doctor informed to relatives that there are no internal injuries, you can take patient back to home and he will be fine in next few days. He was experiencing extreme body ache despite of no visibile physical injuries. Their relatives suggested to take him to Chirayu hospital and Consult Dr. Manoj Chaudhary.
He arrived to Chirayu hospital in emergency ward. Dr. Dinesh examined the patient and suggested admission. Doctor suggested to go for X-ray and it was diagnosed the fracture of Acetabular bone (socket portion of “ball and socket joint”, hip joint). Patient’s hemoglobin was low, so blood transfusion was done before surgery. After that, Dr. Manoj planned a surgery (Acetabulum fixation, alla of sacrum fixation) and patient was shifted to OT. This surgery could be a high-risk procedure as Acetabulum wall was severely displaced and it took seven hours to operate it. Patient is in recovery stage and healing fast.
